This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, for what purposes it is processed, with whom it is shared, and for how long it is stored when you visit the website published under the blncevre.com domain name. 2.1. Data You Provide Directly to Us
When you fill out the feasibility request form on the Contact page, we collect the following data:

We do not request special categories of personal data (health, biometric data, religion, political opinions, etc.) not included in the form. Please do not write such information in the message field.
2.2. Technical Data Collected Automatically
When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address (in truncated form), browser and operating system information, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referral source are recorded by the hosting infrastructure and analytics tools. This data is not intended to directly identify you; it is used in aggregate form to measure site performance and improve content.
3. For What Purpose and Legal Ground Do We Process Data?
- Responding to your request and scheduling a feasibility consultation — directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
- Commercial communication and customer relationship management — our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
- Measuring and improving site performance — your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1), via your cookie preferences.
- Fulfilling legal obligations — legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).
We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making, or unsolicited marketing; we do not add your email address to newsletter lists without your consent.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Two types of cookies may be used on the site:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the site to function (e.g. enabling spam protection during form submissions). Consent is not required for these.

_ga,_ga_<ID>). Used for aggregate measurements such as visitor numbers, page views, and traffic sources.
Analytics cookies are disabled by default. Thanks to our Google Consent Mode implementation, no analytics cookies are written to your browser unless you give consent; in this case, Google Analytics only receives aggregate, cookieless signals that cannot be linked to your identity. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies from your browser settings.
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking pixels.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following service providers to operate the site. These providers process data solely under our instructions and within the framework of their own privacy policies:

6. Data Transfer Abroad
The servers of the above providers may be located outside Türkiye. Therefore, your data may be transferred abroad within the framework of KVKK provisions regarding international data transfers and under the security measures committed by the relevant providers. Transfer of analytical data occurs only if you provide cookie consent.
7. How Long Do We Store Your Data?

Data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.
8. Data Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS and protected with HSTS. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Access permissions are restricted to individuals who strictly require access to process the data. Nevertheless, we remind you that no transmission over the Internet is absolutely secure.
9. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or erasure, object to its processing, and demand compensation for damages. 10. Children's Privacy
The site is aimed at a corporate and professional target audience; we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that such data has been collected accidentally, we will delete it without delay.
11. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated due to legislative developments or technical changes on the site. The current version will always be published on this page; in the event of material changes, the effective date will be updated.
