These Terms of Use govern the relationship between any natural or legal person visiting or using the blncevre.com website (the "Site") (the "User") and BLN Çevre Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. ("BLN", the "Company"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site and Nature of Content
The Site has been prepared for the purpose of promoting BLN's services in the fields of deposit return system operations (DSYS), recycling infrastructures, smart waste management and environmental technologies.
All content on the Site — including service descriptions, solution pages, sector insights, case summaries and statistics — is for general information purposes only. This content:
- does not constitute an offer, invitation to treat or binding commitment,
- does not replace engineering, legal, tax or investment consultancy services,

Actual results may differ significantly depending on numerous variables, such as project scale, field conditions, regulatory changes, equipment selection, operational discipline and market conditions. We recommend basing your investment decisions on a project-specific feasibility study rather than the general statements on the Site.
4. Limitation of Liability
BLN exercises reasonable care to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate, up-to-date and complete; however, it makes no express or implied warranty in this regard. Regulatory references are prepared according to the status on the publication date and may subsequently change.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, BLN cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, decisions made based on information on the Site, or technical interruptions, errors or data losses that may occur on the Site.
5. Intellectual Property Rights

The rights of Users acting as consumers to apply under consumer legislation remain reserved.
